Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Lanre Bhadmus Industries Limited. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns Eligibility

You may request a return within 7–14 days of receiving your order if:

• The item is unused, unopened, and in original condition

• The item was damaged during delivery

• You received the wrong product

Items not eligible for return:

• Products that have been opened or used

• Items purchased on sale or with promotional discounts (unless damaged)

• Items returned after the return window has closed

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Email us at LBI@lanrebhadmusindustries.com with:

   • Your full name

   • Order number

   • Reason for the return

   • A clear photo of the item (if damaged or incorrect)

2. We will respond within 1–2 business days to approve or deny the request.

3. If approved, we’ll provide you with a return address and instructions.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved:

• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days

• You’ll receive a confirmation email once the refund is issued

4. Shipping Costs

• If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping.

• If the return is due to customer preference or change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different product, kindly place a new order after the return and refund are processed.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days:

1. Check your bank account again.

2. Contact your credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
